If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund
We offer Life-Time Upgrade for all our items without minimum upgrade amount restriction. Any time in future you may send your item back to us for an exchange and have the full amount of your original purchase applied towards your upgrade.
To qualify for full refund please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package regarding your wish to do so by email or customer contact form. The return package ship-out date must be postmarked within the return policy time. The item must be in its original condition, sent without signs of wear or use and include all accompanied materials like jewelry box and appraisal etc. Please contact us at sales @diamondbeat.com to obtain the RAN number for your package as well as the address.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Diamond Beat, follow our three step process:
1. Your Return Authorization Number. Email sales@diamondbeat.com and you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the return shipping label on the outside of the box you are returning.
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $150 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write "Diamond" anywhere on the outside of the box. Please use "D*Beat" as a company name.
3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt and/or signature confirmation for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt and/or signature confirmation for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamond Beat.*
- More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting a Diamond Beat customer service shippping department to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

Important notes: > If we are notified by emial or contact form after 7 days of original package delivery, the item is exchangeable for full store credit or 35% restocking fee will be deducted toward a refund > If return package ship-out date is postmarked after 30 days of the original package delivery, the item is exchangeable for full store credit or 35% restocking fee will be deducted toward a refund > All items returned after 3 months are eligible for an exchange or store credit > Items showing signs of wear, or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be returned. > Custom items and items picked up directly from the store are non refundable > Return shipping and handling fees are buyers responsibility. > If a return is sent without the originally provided jewelry box, or the box is damaged a $20.00 replacement fee will be charged. > Items must be returned with the original Diamond Certified Appraisal or a $150.00 replacement fee is charged.
